Our Work

Core Compass Counseling is dedicated to provide quality, professional counseling services to people who are looking to improve their present quality of life, by facilitating growth, meaning and purpose, connectedness, and emotional intimacy.  Serving areas of the Hurricane, Leeds, Toquerville, and La Verkin Valley community is an honor that we value. We strive to build cooperative alliances with medical professionals, religious leaders, educational facilitators, and other collaborative networks that can support our clients’ well-being.

We believe in the healing process of therapy, and that inspiration from core values help guide the path toward self-discovery and deeper meaning in life.

Those who assert more effort into therapy with reading or homework assignments will gain the most out of therapy; however, benefits and insights can still usually be gained slowly otherwise.

Counseling services are confidential and we believe in providing clients with privacy and respect. However, upon clients’ written request, we can collaborate with medical professionals, caseworkers, probation officers, and family members if client would like added support in one’s own individualized treatment plan. We will work collaboratively with clients to develop measurable goals and encourage progress toward attaining these goals.

We also offer Driving Under the Influence (DUI) education courses.
